Our first “live-in” astrology seminar was held at Dodona in August 1992. We hosted another one over the Thanksgiving weekend and a third is planned for the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day. If any readers are interested or have friends who might be interested, please contact us. Three friends could plan their own and focus on their own interests. With the northeast buried under snow, blown by gales, and inundated by the sea, this is a good time to think about a vacation in sunny southern California.
We have now completed a small gym in the pump house to offer variety to guests who don’t love swimming as much Jim and Zip. The paneling in the outdoor bathroom is also completed. New curtains for the travel trailer are probably the next small project. Then it may be a choice between a carport and putting asphalt on the dirt lane coming down into the place. A separate building for a library is also in the plans, improving the road to the top of our hill, and someday a new guest house. A CD ROM drive has been added to the main computer, and we are edging toward a small photo copier, a fax and a modem. The nearest commercial copier is about 15 miles away. Little by little, the dreams are brought into tangible form. We hope that many of our readers will be able to visit Dodona some day.
Maritha is lecturing on astrology on a cruise from Spain to the Canary Islands and North Africa as this is written in early December. We were scattered to the winds at Thanksgiving, with Maritha and Rique in Nassau and Mark working through the whole weekend on an urgent project for his supposedly part-time job. But the whole clan will be assembled in Dodona for Christmas. We wish you all a very happy holiday and a very good new year!
